If the insulation has dropped, we recommend zone-by-zone rewiring rather than tearing up the whole flat.

Yes. We handle society CCTV end-to-end - camera positioning, cabling, DVR/NVR setup, dedicated power and earthing, and the network setup for remote viewing. We have done this in N-6, N-7 and N-11 buildings. CCTV maintenance can be folded into a society AMC.
