Site survey
We visit the property, count panels, motors and main distribution points, note the installation age and condition, and assess what a realistic maintenance scope looks like.
Contract scope and pricing
We prepare a written scope document listing exactly what each scheduled visit covers and what the exclusions are. Materials consumed during breakdowns are always billed separately - AMC covers labour and scheduled visits, not parts.
Kick-off visit
First visit establishes a baseline - we document readings (earth resistance, IR values, load current) so future visits can show trends. Defects found in the first visit are reported with a recommended action plan.
Scheduled visits
Each visit follows a fixed checklist. Panel, cables, earthing, switchgear, motors if in scope. A visit report is issued within 24 hours with readings and observations.
Breakdown response
AMC clients get priority scheduling. We aim to respond within the timeframe agreed in the contract. Emergency work outside scheduled visits uses the same engineering team.
Annual review

What is included in a standard electrical AMC?
A standard AMC includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits (frequency agreed at contract time), panel and cable inspection, earthing checks, IR and RCCB testing, and a written report after each visit. What does an electrical AMC cost for a factory in Waluj or Shendra MIDC?

Do you carry out repair work during scheduled visits?
Minor tightening, cleaning and adjustment are included in the scheduled visit. Any replacement of parts (MCBs, cables, contactors) or rewiring is treated as additional work and billed separately. We will not carry out work and then surprise you with a bill - we tell you what is needed, get your approval, then proceed.
What is the minimum contract period?
Typically one year. This gives enough time to run at least 2-4 scheduled visits and establish baseline readings. Month-to-month arrangements are possible for clients who want to trial the service first.

AMC clients get priority response for emergency breakdowns. Response time depends on the time of day and our workload, but it is always faster than a non-contract call. We will send an engineer to diagnose and stabilise the situation first, then plan the repair.
What is the difference between an AMC and a one-time electrical project contractor?
A project contractor installs or upgrades your electrical system and then leaves. An AMC is an ongoing relationship - scheduled preventive visits, written reports, and priority breakdown response through the contract period. Most project contractors in MIDC focus on capital work (substation installations, panel manufacturing, cable laying). An AMC provider focuses on keeping what you already have running reliably. The two are not the same, and you generally need both at different times.
